Our Core Values...

To be worshipers of our loving Creator...

As worshipers of our loving Creator, we long to live our lives as God intended and in a way that brings glory to Him, the only true God, three in One.
Matthew 22:37-38, Romans 12:1-2, John 4:23-24

To have authentic community...

Community was God’s intention from the beginning, community with Him and each other.  Following the greatest commandments, we strive to love God with everything we are and to love others.  This means creating an environment where we can depend on one another, have a sense of belonging, feel accepted as we are and encouraged to become more like Christ.  We want to be Christ to each other and the world.  We are the Body of Christ.
Acts 2:42-47 and Acts 4:32-35 show us glimpses of this authentic community.

To be a missional church...

We are called to be active in the community and the world! A church on a mission to BE the Good News of the Gospel to our community. Rather than viewing missions as what we do with 10% of our resources, we want our whole lives to be in service to God. Each house group will have its own mission to the community based upon the leading of the Holy Spirit and the passions of their hearts.
Isaiah 58, Matthew 25:31-46

To be centered on prayer...

Prayer unifies us and moves us to do the will of God. Following Christ’s example, prayer should be part of our every day lives as well as being an integral part of our church’s decisions and actions.  When we pray, we are acknowledging that we have faith in God and that we need Him.
Matthew 6: 7-15, Matthew 7:-11

To see transformation through Journey Groups...

We understand that the call of Jesus for us to “make disciples” stems from relationships: life on life interaction. We believe this is most effective in small rather than large groups. Each Journey Group will worship, pray, teach and hold each other accountable to biblical truth in complete love for one another.
Matthew 28:18-20, the book of Acts

To be founded in God's Word...

We are a church that understands the power of the word of God! We recognize the Bible, composed of the Hebrew Scriptures and New Testament, as inspired by God, the supreme and final authority in faith and life. We submit ourselves to carrying out our mission under this authority and seek to apply biblical principles to all facets of human aspiration and action.
2 Timothy 3:16-17, 4:3-5

To be a community that LOVES...

We understand that we have ALL been created in God’s image. No matter rich, poor, color, social status, or beliefs we are called to love all people by God. Ultimately, our mission is to love — to love God and to love people. These are the greatest commandments, embodying God’s law. All sin stems from not loving God or not loving people. Loving God and loving people are intricately connected and utterly inseparable. The greatest act of love is introducing someone to Love, in the person of Jesus.
